I had to miss our music quiz game last week because we were on a trip in lovely Northern Michigan. Wouldn’t you know it – those goofy Michigan-loving British influencers Josh and Jace just happened to be in the town in which I live while we were away! 😲 😂

They expressed shock and awe at a landmark that is in my town:

Things are changing for me at work, so my former “good” trivia days are not gonna be so good over the next month – but days that were shite before might be…pretty good for trivia!

I’m going to try getting out for a Tuesday or Wednesday game next week. I’ll have to talk to my better half about what night – if any – also works out for him.

I’ll also have to see if prize money we’ve banked at a previous trivia spot is still valid. The trivia place doles out prize money digitally that I can access by phone. If it’s no longer valid I won’t fight it. Though I am curious!

Sadly we had to stop playing Tuesday nights for a while because it became my busiest work day of the week.

As that REO Speedwagon song says, I shall roll with the changes!

In other big news, I have a friend who will be visiting her dad and working remotely in Genesee County MI.  I have already planned a visit to a trivia spot in Genesee County within a couple of weeks. No I’m not saying which one!

If all goes well, I may visit more than one Flint area trivia spot in August!
