One of my players has said that he “forgot” about me needing him to join my team for a Sporcle Events Globe Game this weekend.  He’s out of town visiting his mother!

Yes I know that one’s mother is more important than trivia. Though I did ask him nearly a month ago!

I also picked the game spot based on what was most convenient for him 🙄

Most people with smart phones use their phone calendars to remind them of things they need to do. Maybe it’s not his way to do things like this 🤔

I did manage to find a last minute sub for him. This means for the second Globe Game in a row, we’ll have a majority female lineup. But with not the same lineup as last time.

I’m always grateful for anyone who doesn’t say “no,” or worse, doesn’t even bother to respond! 😭

UPDATE, the player who bailed out is coming after all, so I’ll have a fivesome!!

Interesting lineup, we have not all played together before. 😁
