Dinner is Served!

Perhaps we were inspired by learning about a friend’s recent birthday dinner, which consisted of stuffed manicotti made by his Italian mom and brother (so jealous!) Today, my husband and I teamed up to make a pan of lasagna. It’s a hybrid of a standard meat lasagna (using ground turkey) and a veggie lasagna, since we added quite a few veggies to the sauce (fresh zucchini, onions, garlic, mushrooms, artichokes). I honestly can’t remember the last time we made lasagna, so I wanted to record the “event!”
