Meet the Most Practical Amusement Park Souvenir Ever!

About 30 years ago, I took a trip to the Cedar Point amusement park in Sandusky, Ohio United States. I took the trip with a couple of friends to celebrate my high school graduation. While I was in the park, I purchased a souvenir that I still use today! Behold, the “switchblade hairbrush!”

The little black switch makes the bristles flatten and pop out! Some of them have gone AWOL after 30 years, but it’s still a nice compact hairbrush. Now, a photo of me and a couple of my friends who were with me when I bought the hair brush! I still keep in touch with at least one of these people!!!

Cedar Point and other amusement parks used to take photos of visitors as they came through the gate and them sell them to them in little keychain viewer things later that they could purchase. My husband took the negative out of the viewer and scanned this in.
