I’m  thinking we’ll  play Thursday  at Sticks. A late show actually works well with my new 9 a.m. work schedule, and Wednesday  we’ll  be out looking at laptops.

In other trivia news, I’m  trying  to find  a “field correspondent” to write  down semifinal questions and report on who advances from their spot. I may try  visiting one local spot to see who advances, even if I don’t  write  down the questions.

Wow, I heard  Powell’s trivia  was canceled  tonight for snow. What will those diehard teams seeking the dual jackpot do? Those teams that play even  during  bye weeks – when scores  don’t  count?

Oh, oh…in other news, I saw that  The Owl has a hard seltzer on tap from Short’s! So, so tempted ($3.50 for 16 ounces, 4 % ABV). But, no! Drinking  can wait. Even  if the new  hire I’m  training  is driving me… absolutely  nuts! He asked me when Christmas  is..and what time it was. I’ve  heard  about millennials not being able to read  analog clocks, LOL…

He will never be able to work unsupervised, I fear. He’s  too needy, and seems…beta male.
