Trivia plans next week will be Monday at Sticks – and Thursday at Sticks. Dave said he was a big “maybe” on being able to play at OG, and if he made it out, it would probably only be a late showing. So nah! It’s not too likely I’ll be able to do any games out there until possibly June. There’s a certain team playing at Sticks on Thursday nights that could use some competition, so we’ll probably try staying there for the remainder of the season (only four more games to go). Just call it my white whale that I’ve gotta chase (can’t totally shut off my competitive streak).

I’m trying to hustle a “girls night” of trivia Thursday, May 16 at Haymaker, for its Buffy the Vampire Slayer theme trivia night. I have invited my old GDX  partner in crime out for this night on a “lady date,” but she has not responded yet. I know she’s a big fan of that show – my “mission” for that night will be to simply have fun – I don’t think we’ll have a good chance of winning! Sometimes that’s OK! Just being able to answer a different set of questions than the normal “garden variety” questions has its own allure, especially for a trivia junkie like me…

And I kind of need some “girl time!”
