A friend’s trivia team is attempting to get to the  MTL semifinals Saturday, April 20. And the best way they’re going to get there is… through barhop!

If they manage to accomplish this goal and finish within the top 20 teams by Monday, April 1, there is a good chance I’ll be able to help them in the semifinals and after that, finals. My team isn’t trying to qualify this season, so it may be the only way I’ll get a taste of “competitive” trivia.

Let’s see how things shake out in this “final stretch!” It looks like tight points spreads among the bottom of the top 20.

In other trivia news, I’m going to be trying to “negotiate” playing in a MTL game on Friday! I’ll have to see if I can find a “sitter” for my husband (we share a vehicle, so me escaping for trivia games without him isn’t always easy). Which Friday spot will I pick? Hmmm…
