Sorry…No “Fitness Recap” Today (Feb. 6, 2019)!

A little note for those of you who actually bother reading my “fitness updates,” which are essentially “recaps” of my daily walks, and a roundup of the songs randomly selected on my mp3 player

I didn’t take a walk today, I logged 240 minutes of walking time over the past four days, and had kind of a “workout” at work today (mostly upper body), so I am taking a rest from walking today. Most fitness walking “guidelines” recommend 150 minutes or more of walking time a week – and I’ve already more than exceeded that! I’ve earned a day of rest…

I’ll be back at it Thursday! I haven’t decided whether I’ll do an outdoor walk or mall walk (weather will dictate that decision).
