
It’s New Year’s Day, it’s my husband’s birthday, and he said that he wanted to make fondue. His hippie mama used to make it for his birthday when he was a kid, so we occasionally have fondue nights.
I did all of the prep work, including cleaning the entire kitchen and peninsula counter, pulverizing a bunch of poor defenseless Kirkland cheese into submission in a food processor, and getting items ready to cook in the air fryers.Â
I have some more to do, gotta queue up season 14 episode 4 of American Dad! 😉🧀
