Not counting all of the significant others, it looks like we’ll have eight players for tonight’s virtual trivia game, AKA the “Pods’ 700th Trivia Game Spectacular.”

Speaking of things that have happened 700 times or more, I learned that The Simpsons aired their 700th episode in 2021! I can dig being on par with a Simpsons related milestone! My husband and I were huge fans of them in their “golden age” (which I say includes the first 7-8 seasons, or basically right up until the wonderfully talented Phil Hartman died). I was SUCH a fan of Troy McClure and Lionel Hutz!

The recap for this game likely won’t be done until Sunday. Sorry about that, but yeah – that’s my next day off and it is what it is. If I’m able to do it sooner, I will. No guarantees.

I’m just excited to be able to virtually get the old gang together! I wanted to do a live game for our 700th game, but…that’s just not going to happen.
