Originally, I wanted to go out for a trivia night tonight. But…I changed my mind about that, because of safety concerns related to this f—ing pandemic and all of the people who are still choosing to go unvaxxed and get themselves sick and hospitalized. So, I thought the next best thing would be to go to a bar that hosts trivia – and sit outside and enjoy a beer I’ve really been wanting to try. Well, obscenely hot weather and chances of storms means THOSE plans are being changed, too!

I’ll try again next Wednesday. The drinking outside option, that is! But knowing my luck, that beer (Zombie Dust) that I want to try will probably no longer be available on draft. And that’s fine (I’m used to continual disappointments with pretty much everything these days). Hopefully the weather will at least be more agreeable!

So Plan C was for us to do a double virtual trivia game tonight. I should have a recap posted in the next couple of days.

Good news is I bought water park tickets online today! We’ll be going out there Monday to play in the water. I think it will be good for us. The park is only selling tickets online and in advance (no in person sales). A friend tells me they are limiting capacity too, so it is not too crowded.
