I followed a tip from a local “vaccine hunting” FB group, and checked for new appointments for COVID vaccine shots on a local health department site. And it paid off – I not only managed to schedule myself, but got an appointment for my husband on the same day (we share one car, so we wanted to try getting appointments close together).

Glad to be able to get this out of the way! As an added bonus, the shots being dispensed are the single-dose Johnson & Johnson shots – which are what we wanted.
