Drunken Cheese?

While out grocery shopping at Aldi earlier this week, we wanted to pick up some cheese for a St. Patrick’s Day fondue. The cheese case at Aldi didn’t disappoint!

We’ll be using these three mini wheels and some regular white cheddar. We’ll also be using Irish whiskey and a stout. In other cheesy news, I’ll be making homemade queso dip to go along with tacos for dinner tonight!
