I honestly never even knew this was a “thing” until stumbling upon a Wiki article about it! This would DEFINITELY be a sport featured on the fictional sports network ESPN 8 – The Ocho, as referenced in Dodgeball – A True Underdog’s Story! FIFA even holds a beach soccer championship, the first of which was held in Brazil in 1995 (go figure – Brazil – where babies are born feet first and kicking soccer balls out of the way, LOL). As you can see, the players don’t wear cleats while playing beach soccer!
