I was chatting yesterday with our team’s “millennial,” aka “Evan,” about whether he wanted to meet up for a game Thursday at Sticks. Turns out he might have his own “crew” for a game that night, and though my husband and I would be welcome to join in on the fun, I told him we’d bow out of playing that night. I also said he could play with our league number, and pointed out which team’s asses to be sure to kick (LOL).

Mondays are our main “team” trivia nights these days, with the games later in the week being more “just for fun” games. So no big for us if he wants to play with his “bros” Thursday (honestly I hope he has fun)! He even suggested we go toe to toe with his team if we wanted. Nah, I don’t think we’ll be doing THAT!

My husband and I “might” go play someplace tonight, we’re going to make it a “game time decision” thing and keep an eye on weather. We won’t be driving to a game in a thunderstorm. And if it’s nice, we’ll head out a bit early so we can squeeze in a walk beforehand.
