Old Victoria  Historic  Town Site  is  on  my  list  of places  to  see  when  we  visit  the U.P. next month! Looking  forward  to  checking  out  sites  in  the  southern  part of the Keweenaw  Peninsula  “finger.”

If  roads  not  washed  out, maybe  our Malibu can  make  it  out  to  Craig  Lake  State  Park, whose  land  once served  as a “retreat” for the Frederick  Miller   (Miller beer)   family. I’d  love  to  crack open  a Miller  Lite  and…  eyeball  the scenery! Head  for  the mountains? Oops, wrong  beer  slogan! If you’ve  got  the  time…we’ve  got  the  beer… (Miller Beer).

With  any  luck, I’ll  be  out  of cell  phone  range  if  anyone  from my family  calls while  I’m  out  exploring  the U.P. (jk)!
