Just as a means of logging my ongoing “fitness adventures,” I’m going on the record and stating that I didn’t take any walks today – outdoors – or indoors. I was feeling achy, and wind gusts were just too brutal. A very good day to recover my strength!
In the past five days, I’ve logged about 280 minutes of walking time, which far exceeds the 150 minutes recommended minimum per week.
The prospects of a walk Saturday afternoon are looking very good! Wind chill factors should be minimal.
And that’s all I gotta say about that!
