I shall  decree  an annual “Toilet  Bowl.” The  two  worst  teams  will  have  to  both play to lose. Imagine the  ratings. Also  there  would  be a full time cheerleader  cam so viewers  can  always  see what they  are doing. The Great Oz  has spoken (LOL).
