When I was in my “hometown bar” last night, I got a text from a trivia host named Stacy, who was the host at a trivia spot we played for almost a couple of years.

Stacy: I have a team that’s looking for 2 players for finals. Are you interested?

 

Me: Mike and I are in.

 

Stacy: They weren’t going to play with a short team, they’re really excited right now. I play against them on Thursdays, they’re good people – and smart.

 

Me: Cool now they have tall team lol

Yes, it will be strange just popping in and playing with a couple of strangers in a tournament game Saturday. I have a feeling Stacy has given a description of me to these people, but I may have a hard time picking them out! Hopefully Stacy will point them out to me. It will be interesting to see how a couple of “power couples” does in this trivia matchup (I’m nothing if not experimental about this kind of stuff)!
