A Whole Bunch of Journalism-Inspired Memes!

I made a whole bunch of journalism-inspired memes about a year ago or so and I thought I’d use this blog site to “archive” some of them! Keep in mind you might not “get” all of these references…unless you have ever worked in the “biz!” I worked as a news reporter for about 10 years between the years of 1995 and 2005. Without “burying the lede,” how about some memes now?

Stanley Tucci in Spotlight. This reminds me of a really, really vile news editor with whom I had a very “oil and water” relationship with (what a bastard)! I hated him so much that I would purposely schedule interviews during staff meetings to avoid having to interact with him.

Rachel McAdams, Michael Keaton and Mark Ruffalo in Spotlight.  Every journalist knew that the key to having someone return your call was to leave your desk!
