I was listening to a local radio station today and heard a recent song that I actually liked! 

I sent a text to my husband with a snippet of the lyrics to remind myself to find the song later and maybe download it.

A short time later, I hear over the public address system at work that there was a phone call for me.

I started thinking of the worst.

Did someone die? Did he lose his job? Are my parents all right? What possible reason is there for me to get a phone call – at work? 🤔 😲

Turns out that he was just a little freaked by my text. He must not have noticed the key word “lyrics.” 😂

Now to Google those lyrics and figure out what song it was… click click click… listen…

“Off The Ground, The Record Company.” Nice bluesy vibe (like the cut of its jib).

Maybe me listening to the radio occasionally will be a good way to force myself to listen to music that was recorded more recently than 35 years ago! 😂
