This post is for anyone who is a Twin Peaks fan or has watched season 2 episode 1 of Fallout.

In the season 2 opening episode of Fallout, Kyle McLachlan’s character Hank is seen talking on a mic to an unspecified person about his evil plans to resume his rise to power.

This automatically made me think of all of the times in Twin Peaks when his character Dale Cooper spoke to someone named Diane into a small black tape recorder (whom we later learn in the second series is a real person played by Laura Dern). I wonder if the Fallout producers did this on purpose as an homage to Twin Peaks!
