I’m not really much of a Sporcle Events player anymore, unless it’s the music quiz games or occasional jaunts out into the “wild,” but I am in full support of there being another spot to wage trivia battles near me!

Red Rock was a trivia spot on Tuesdays in the long, long ago (I want to say 2012-ish).

I remember that there were some sweet specials on draft beers, but management at the time did not allow for trivia prizes to be used on anything but food. Being that I’m not really much of a barbecue fan, this meant that we got creative with our prize money! While I may not enjoy barbecued meats, the side dishes you could get for 3 for $10 could be quite tasty! 😋 Who doesn’t like a good homemade mac ‘n cheese? 

I’m still on a self-imposed live  trivia hiatus at the moment (except music quiz games), but I hope this is good news for local trivia lovers! You guys are my people 🤩

I’ll most likely want to start hitting up live general knowledge trivia games by December. I am attempting to assemble a team for the Globe Games December 6-7. Haha I said “6-7!” Is that me being accidentally cool? 😎

In the meantime, I’m enjoying making like that Eagles hit song and taking it easy. Staying at home more, eating more healthily and not having any alcohol have been my goals lately. Detoxing physically –  and mentally is definitely something that I needed to do 👍
