Tonight we’ll have to beat the competition by no less than seven points to be able to qualify for semifinals.

On an ordinary trivia week, we’d have the option of using the second game of the week to log what would hopefully be the better of the two scores.

That’s how it works in the My Trivia Live league if you play at a trivia spot that offers more than one trivia night in a week. This means the highest of the scores is the one that counts.

However…this week – we only have the option of doing it – or not – tonight.

We can’t play Thursday because we’ll be out of town.

Another thing the MTL league offers is the “jail card” option. If a team has to miss a game at their regular spot, they can substitute a score from a different spot – played within the same week – once per season.

Too bad we already did that early in The season!

Here’s what is REALLY gonna torture us! We will (most likely) be playing at another spot “Up North” on Thursday, so if we happen to log a better score than we do tonight?

It will all be for nought!

Honestly I’m not hopeful that we’ll qualify for semis this season. But I’ll be damned if we don’t try anyway!

It really all comes down to how we do tonight 🤞
