We’re waiting to hear back about whether a trivia score we posted last week at an “away” bar will be substituted at our “home” bar.

I talked to the host at the “away” bar, wrote down our league number and asked her to use it at our home bar.

She was a trainee, so I’m not hopeful that she’ll follow through. She may not even know how to do it! I emailed the league administrator and shared an image of our score sheet. We’ll see what develops from there – or doesn’t.

Once per season, the My Trivia Live league allows teams to post a score from an alternate location if they miss a week at their “home” bar.

Once this happens, we’ll be just a few points out of third place with 337 points (not counting the two barhop teams) and also a few points out of second place. We’re 14 points away from first.

We posted our highest score of the season so far at the “away” bar last week, so I *hope* it gets added to McShane’s scores eventually!

It’s early in the season, so scores are still tight! This is the first time we’ve tried making a MTL run in earnest since before the pandemic. Fingers crossed!

We may fail – but if we don’t at least try, it will be even more of a fail!
