It came down to the “haves” and “have nots” at a recent trivia game. And that meant whether you have – or have not – watched recent Marvel Cinematic Universe streaming series on Disney Plus.

Guess which category our team fell into on this bitterly cold night in Southeast MI? 🤔 😔

A player we had invited to join us who decided not to come out on this cold, cold night (can’t say that we blamed him) just happened to be in the “have” category in terms of watching those series! 🤦‍♀️

We’ll just chalk that up to all of those countless “it figures” moments designed to throw even the best trivia teams off their games!

Not that we’re claiming to be among those “best” trivia teams! 😂 But if we had been asked about streaming DC Comics series we might have fared better!

Anyone else excited about a new season of Harley Quinn recently dropping – and a new season of Peacemaker dropping soon? 👍

I’m kind of lukewarm on the Penguin series. A series focusing on Batman villains without the caped crusader himself at least making a cameo? Yeah no…

We finished in fourth overall for the night with 100 points, won a third place/$5 prize in game 2.

We’re not committing to week after week visits to this trivia hot spot, where it’s not unusual for players to start claiming tables an hour or more before start time. We’ll take a week off from playing here next week, with plans to return a bit later.

No thanks to our collective big duh on that MCU mystery round, we were in tenth place out of 15 teams going into the final question.
