We didn’t win any prizes in our first “official” trivia game of the season tonight, but we did get both final questions correct – and finished third overall for the night, just one point behind the second place finishers. I’m proud of my small but mighty trivia team! I’ll have a recap posted Monday.

We’ve come a long way since starting to get into live trivia again after a three year hiatus. It took us a few months to get our mojo back, and yes there will always be ups and downs in trivia games.

Even more important than us winning prize money was THE LIONS WINNING IN DETROIT TONIGHT! Seeing Eminem getting into the spirit as a native son in his super cool black Lions hoodie – he’s arguably one of Detroit’s biggest celebrities- and seeing Amon Ra St. Brown’s dyed blue hair…wow, just wow! So exciting! This all means much more to me than the Pods winning gift cards tonight!
