My mother was talking  earlier  today about how appalling  she thinks it is that  people in some  African  countries trap, kill and eat  songbirds. I said  in response, “Well, for  a couple  of centuries people from our country came to Africa, put their  people on boats and took them to our country  and made them work for  us without  receiving pay until they died. I guess we aĺl have our cultural  differences.”

That’s  why I love  my family! We can have these discussions  without  wanting  to  kill  each other!
