I’ve  been scheduled  the past three Sundays  at work. Finally I have  a Saturday  and Sunday off! No trivia tourneys  (even just  for fun trivia tourneys), no work, no weddings, no graduation  parties  with horrible  food…

Nothing big on the agenda today. Watching  some more episodes of Veep, going to head to pool later and get some groceries. Mike bought  a big zucchini for me (no dirty jokes please…jk I am totally  deserving of any and all dirty jokes involving  large squash vegetables). What am I planning  to do with the zucchini besides deflower it (lol)?

Zucchini  parmesan! I’m  going  to cut it into thick slices, dip ‘ em in egg and coat them with bread  crumbs  – fry them in a little olive oil then bake with some tomato sauce loaded with more veggies and some crumbled turkey  sausage with mozzarella/parmesan  cheese  on top. When I described  this to my friend Brad last night, he said he wanted to come  over  for dinner! Maybe I’ll  pack him a lunch  size portion  in a Gladware and bring  it to trivia Monday…

Would this be good with a pasta side dish and maybe some garlic bread? Anyone  getting  hungry?

In other news, Thursday night I dreamed we were hanging  out with  Trump, who was having an indoor campfire and making s’mores out of chocolate  chip cookies. And last night I dreamed  I was tasked with drawing a map of Ohio.

Oh yeah, I’m  also going  to try making a camping reservation  today for September.
