The final  two  weeks  of  the  My Trivia  Live league  are  winding down, and I’ve  decided  to do my part  to help  out  the team I’ll  be sitting  in with  for the tourneys  by trying  to boost  them  up enough  in  the bar hop  standings  so that we  don’t  have  to  play  a  semifinal  game July 27. My husband  has surprisingly  given his “blessing” for this (LOL).

Apparently  another “benefactor” has been logging really  good scores  for this team –  with a very impressive  72 point game being logged for them fairly  recently! My husband  and I probably  won’t  be  able  to  give  them  THAT  great of a score, but we’ll  do our best…

It will  be interesting being  in  the mix at McShane’s Tuesday, especially  with the “displaced” Wurst  teams in the mix. I’m pretty sure the “regulars” at McShane’s aren’t  too happy to have extra competition! I’ve felt for quite  a while that this bar could use a bit more competition. The teams typically  advancing  to semis from this bar  are not exactly…great compared  to others we’ve  battled week after week.

It’s  interesting  being  on  the “other” side! A few  years ago, I had another player/team logging  scores  for my team!

Playing MTL semis can be quite tense and stressful – especially  when  it’s  someone  else’s team on the line – and you’re doing a lot of the “heavy lifting!” Though I did hear that another  really  good player might be in our mix this time…
