Our trivia plans next week are to play Monday at Sticks, which is our regular “team” night – and Tuesday at McShane’s Pub in a “special engagement.” I’m on kind of an (ahem) –  trivial “mission from God,” if you will… but if my “mission” is successful, it just might free up one more Saturday in July (wink-wink)!

Work and weddings are already doing their best at eating up the next few weekends – with me working the next two Sundays (with an icky overnight inventory shift tomorrow night….just shoot me).

Whomever said “Necessity is the Mother of Invention” had it all wrong! Laziness is the TRUE mother of invention… Just ask Thomas Jefferson when he invented the Dumb Waiter! I can just imagine him thinking…”Why am I having my slaves trudge up and down the stairs like suckers with my drinks when I can put in a Dumb Waiter?”
