Day Five Report – Cutting Back On Snacks

I decided  five days  ago to start  trying  to eat healthier. Some  things  I’ve  done include eating  a salad a day, eating  an apple a day, cutting  out crackers/chips   (unless it’s  just a handful of chips with a meal) and watching  portions. I’m  not  killing  myself or being too strict – I had  fries  with  a sandwich  yesterday, I’m  not giving up beer, etc. I’m  reaching for grapes  and sunflower  seeds when I have a snack attack (both are amazingly  filling).

I think my body likes it! It’s  making  a  difference I can feel already. Might be nice if I can manage to slim down a bit before  the wedding July 6!
