I finished with 118 points in Thursday’s game at Original Gravity. This means I finished in SECOND for the night ahead of Mind the Gap by five points. This is just a “let the record show” post. This will cause a slight change in the standings in terms of total points for Mind the Gap – they still have the first place spot, but the “gap” has been narrowed a bit (see what I did there)?

Just because my team is not in contention at this bar this trivia season and trying to win a tournament spot – it doesn’t mean I don’t want to wet my competitive “whistle” a LITTLE bit! I’ve said this too many times to count…without worthy “adversaries,” trivia is just NO fun! It felt good to be part of a competitive game again even if it was just a “rubber meets the road” thing for me (wanting to see how I did playing solo). This was the first time I’d won prize money in a solo game in quite a long time!
