Looks like the stars are right for me to have a trivia night tonight! I won’t have any teammates this time, but that’s… OK! My plan is for Tuesdays to be the “team” night and for me to be able to make “game day” decisions about whether I get to play any other nights. And fortunately, it worked out for me to  play tonight at Original Gravity!

Let’s look at the “checklist:”

Am I able to take the car tonight? Yes…

Does my better half have someone to hang with/something else to do tonight while I’m at the game? Yes, he’ll be hanging out at Brad’s for a campfire. Note: this is not a “requirement” for me to be able to go out to a game, but it helps my negotiating position!

Am I too tired from work today? Nope, and I actually got some sleep last night (proof…the alarm actually woke me up this morning).

I won’t be able to play at OG every week…next Thursday is definitely off the table since we have a big sale to prepare for on Friday at work, so that means a long workday on Friday. I have to work til THREE that day (oh the humanity).

I’m looking forward to having a little “me” time!
