A pub trivia team with some comrades of ours in the mix didn’t wind up advancing to the Sporcle Live league championship tonight. And that makes me really, really, really sad! It really does…(pardon me while I grab another hanky). I told myself I wasn’t going to cry!

All of that said, I am… working on a plan that would ensure that both their team AND our team advances to this f—ing tournament! It’s not a tournament if they are not there! It may require their team having at least one player helping ours at a Saturday game, and our team helping theirs at a Saturday game, if needed… It takes a village, doesn’t it? I’ve already talked to my husband about this, and he says this is a good idea.
