We played in a My Trivia Live semifinal game today at Maplewood Lanes in Saline. We were tied for first with one other team going into the final question out of seven total teams in attendance. Three of those teams would win a spot in the finals tournament Saturday, May 19. Two of those teams were Better Late than Pregnant and Better Late Than Pants, unsure which third team is also going…but it’s not us, so none of you who are bothering to read this cares, do you? 🙂

In 1997, the London Royal Academy controversially displayed a 1995 art piece comprised of children’s hand prints created by what artist (pictured above), who was a convicted murderer and described in the press as “the most evil woman in Britain?”
None of the teams that played today got this question correct. Yes it is disappointing, and it’s not exactly the result I wanted… but this does kind of leave next weekend a little more open! My husband and I will be celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary and traveling “Up North.” Friday, we plan to see Deadpool 2. Funny, the first installment of that movie came out around my birthday in 2016, and its sequel is released around our anniversary… That’s kind of funny! It’s almost like these movies are being made just for us, lol…how romantic is THAT? Wonder how the box office will be for this movie’s sequel? You can bet I’ll be doing my best to keep an eye on THAT!
I’ll have a full write-up of the game’s questions posted on Sunday. Thanks for letting me take a little break while I lick my wounds a bit! And of course…thanks for reading! This is a “blog exclusive,” I have not yet done any posts on Facebook about how we did today other than doing a post with the word “nope.” It got one “sadface” emoji response from another trivia player, lol… And I’ve only shared this final question with two people so far. Yes, my blog followers truly are special! Now what do I mean by special? JK…JK!
